Hi, I'm Amanda. I am 49 years old with a wealth of fitness experience and specialise in female fitness.  I have prep'd for fitness photoshoots and I compete.  I'm experienced in eating in calorie deficit to lose body fat and in surplus to build muscle mass.  I am peri menopausal so understand the importance of resistance training for ladies to improve bone strength, fitness and mental health.  I love educating and empowering women to feel comfortable and confident in their own skin and to maintain that feeling, whilst building a community of inspirational women.  Whether you workout at home or in the gym I can tailor a programme to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. I also provide nutritional advice and guidance and can build nutritional plans.
